Check out this video of a truck being towed up a mountain road when it slid to the side and tipped over the guard rail and plunges 200ft. Luckily the tow lorry driver jumped out just in time but the Lithuanian truck driver went down with the larger lorry……But don’t worry, the lucky man was ok!

Clumsy Production?

Sunday’s Top Gear show might have seemed like a reasonably blameless episode, but it turned out during the electric car feature, Clarkson and May parked in clearly marked disabled bays in the course of filming, which apparently caused quite a stir. (more…)

A word of advice: The next time you’re cruising the streets of Vilnius, Lithuania in your luxury ride and are suddenly beset by the urge for a cup of tea or pack of cigarettes, don’t just pull over and leave your vehicle illegally parked in a bike lane. Seriously. Mayor Arturas Zuokas aren’t amused by such antics.

While some people might be content to leave tickets on their windshields, the good mayor recently realized owners with Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, and Rolls-Royce keys in their pocket not be dissuaded by such minor punitive action, so he decided a better parking enforcement tool might just be running over the car in a tank…. i wonder if his insurance will cover him?

The hand built turbo-charged Suzuki Hayabusahe boasts 1,000bhp and reaches an incredible 60mph in 2.4 seconds and took a mile to slow down…I’m guessing this model is not road legal then.

The L.A Bank Tower features the tallest building-based helipad. Not exactly the place you’d expect to find the new BMW 1M drifting to the edge.

Oh yes it’s that time of the year again, all be it a little earlier than usual. This April looks set to be one of the hottest since records began and the nation looks set to take full advantage. The recent warm weather has been giving the likes of Rome and Athens a run for there money with temperatures reaching over 25 C on Tuesday and looking to stay in the low to mid 20′s over the next few days.
