With the support of British servicemen and women being something very close to our hearts we are pleased to promote the fledgling British Forces Network site. The network is an online community for ex and serving members of the British Forces provides a resource for Forces Personnel to connect with other members including non-forces such as family, friends and those interested in the armed forces. The site provides a number of features allowing its users to socialise, meet people, buy & sell items as well as keep up to date with news, events and discounts available to members of the forces. The forums offer a variety of topics for all aspects of forces life and a pub forum for those looking for general chat where any discussion is welcome. You can now search for registered couriers in your area
Another stage of development for the courierfrog site is now complete with the launch or our new online directory for our registered couriers. This is the first in a series of new developments that will be rolled out in the coming months as we look to improve our service and experience both for our customers and our registered couriers.
Here’s something a bit fun for a Friday afternoon that we stumbled across while taking a break. This American van wouldn’t struggle to get your delivery out on time, although we feel it wasn’t built with delivering parcels in mind.
Of all the jobs we have had posted this is probably one of our most worthwhile to date. A user has contacted us via twitter about moving a fairly large item (a 17ft Kayak infact) that they need in order to do some very good things for an arthritis charity from York to Southend. Now we always do what we can for charity so we’re really pushing this one.
After weeks of development the much awaited route search is now live on courierfrog.com allowing couriers to search for extra work along a route they are already travelling. (more…)
Ty Williams was a former recovery mechanic who was left disabled after a terrible accident whilst working on a car at the side of a road.
