We Apologise For The Inconvenience

It has been brought to our attention in the last few minutes that a small minority of users have been experiencing some minor technical difficulties during recent updates to the site.

Work is still ongoing and for the majority of users full service is continuing uninterrupted. The feedback so far indicates that the issues are concentrated to the route search function and are only present in some browser applications.

While this is only affecting a very small number of users our technical support and development team are working to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

We apologise to anyone who may have been affected by this issue but would like to reassure users that full working service will be resumed soon and that measures are already being taken to ensure this does not happen again.
